Her media campaign got her an unprecedented personal audience with the Secretary of the Air Force, and the Air Force&#8217;s head lawyer, The Judge Advocate General, prior to the colonel being removed from his command and placed under the command of a hand-picked (and alleged victim-lawyer approved) convening authority. However, the defense team brought a giant spotlight to that issue, leading the historic Unlawful Command Influence litigation, where for the first time ever, a sitting Service Secretary was ordered to testify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the day, the client was finally exonerated and able to move on with his life, retiring after decades of exemplary service to his country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<fieldset><legend><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/veritasmilitarylaw.com\/staging\/9222\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/USAF-O-6-circle.png?resize=100%2C100&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\"><\/legend><p>&#8220;Josh worked around-the-clock and selflessly dedicated himself to providing me with the absolute best criminal defense possible.
