Holding people accountable must still happen. Leading down and up is still a requirement for military officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s exactly what happened in this case, where a Lieutenant Colonel did the job expected of her and stood her ground appropriately. But when someone didn&#8217;t like it&#8211;an AR 15-6 investigation was initiated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unfortunately, for strong field grade officers, 15-6 investigations and commander-directed investigations have become commonplace when leaders are leaders.
