Now Retired Air Force E-7 Fully Acquitted at General Court-Martial

Vandenberg Space Force Base, California–This Senior Non-commissioned Officer served honorably for decades, and on his terminal leave, he was called back and put under investigation. You guessed it, ex-wife allegations never raised until a custody dispute.

Not only was this Air Force E-7 facing 15 felony-level offenses, he was fighting for his freedom, his retirement, and the right to father his minor children.

Selected as Individual Military Defense Counsel (IMDC or IMC), Mr. Tolin jumped in on a very messy situation. It was not just allegations from his ex-wife, allegations were also raised spanning many years from other children seemingly doing her bidding for her.

At the end of the week, Mr. Tolin and his amazing team (including civilian defense counsel, experts, traveling paralegal, and a defense investigator) did what the client didn’t think was possible based on what appeared to be a strong prosecution case: he walked out of that Vandenberg courtroom a non-criminal and free man.
