Alleged Deserter with Mental Health Concerns Avoids General Court-Martial Conviction

Fort Cavazos, Texas–After years of dealing with mental-health issues stemming from his service at then-Fort Hood, Texas, this Veritas Military Law client successfuly avoided a conviction concerning allegations of desertion stemming more than a decade.
